Guys,

take a look at this links... I think that would be a great idea for us commuters on rainy days or 'post-hurricane' rainy days...

On my ride home the wind is generally at my back. The way it blows here I wouldn't have to pedal, and could probably fly with that thing!!!

Looks weird enough that I kinda like it.
