Touring - Cheap Ortliebs and Tubus

I found another website for cheap Tubus Racks and Ortliebs. Has anyone ever heard of or purchased anything from this guy?

Yes these are good prices but theirs a guy on ebay who regularly sells the cargo tubus for 87.00 shipped.
He also sells ortlieb although there have been several sets new or near new set being listed by individuals for some very reasonable prices. Just a thought. I spent $100.00 for one of my tubus cargo's and $20.00 for one on clearance at REI - a real steal, but now I need another for a 26 inch bike and I am going to order from this guy's ebay store because he has a great light listed that just fits the cargo and shipping with the rack is free. the ebay guy runs baysell.com/thetouringstore.com, but when i corresponded with him by email, he said he'd have to get answers to my questions from tubus, then never got back to me, so i'm assuming he didn't want my business.

i'm going to order my tubus racks from lickbike.com. they have the lowest prices, though with shipping it's about a tie. they also do price matching, so i'll add some other items to the order to make it a better bargain.

Thetouringstore guy is on vacation right now, so I can't order from him, unless I wait until Nov. 7th. I sent an email to the guy that runs the place from my original post. It said to email him "for special pricing". I'll see what that means and let you all know if it is a better deal than the others. If I do not hear from him within a couple days, I may just order from lickbike, or wait til the touringstore comes back from vacation.

I have bought a couple of racks from this guys Ebay site. The items were shipped quickly and with zero problems.
