Seeing as how men perform physically better than women, women should have women's sports. But male sports should be ever man or woman for him/herself. As long as you qualify, I don't see why a woman shouldn't be in a male sport, I mean she's not really taking a spot away from an equally qualified male since she'll have to actually be better than everyone below her rank.

Only open competition is men's competition.
All the rest are handicapped, whether age group, women's group, don't matter. They are short of being the best.
