Every go biking and somebody waves at you (who clearly knows you) and you just can't figure out WHO they are.

Today, this morning, I was out on the GP circuit, somebody really waving at me. For the next 20 minutes I tried to figure out who they were, fruitlessly. Well it couldn't 'X' because the helmet was the wrong type, it couldn't be 'Y', because the handlebar colour was the wrong colour, if couldn't be 'Z' because etc...... When will I learn to just look at the bike and then the legs to figure out who is who?

BUSTED :D
I wave at strangers all the time...I just a friendly kind of person. And I always smile and wave if I see someone frowning.

Er....this reminds me of a joke someone sent me long ago.

This college student took an ornithology class. For month he studied and came to lectures. Finally the class had an exam. The student lifted his paper. There were ten photos labelled "Identify the bird." Each photo showed nothing but the bird's legs.

The angry student marched up to the professor and yelled, "What kind of stupid test is this? How do you expect me to identify these birds by their legs? What are you, some kind of sadistic idiot?"

The professor glared at the student. "Son, not only am I going to fail you on the exam, but I will see that you're removed from my class, and make sure it is known that you are a discipline problem. What is your name?"

The student took his pants off and showed the prof his legs. "You tell me!"
