i have a GT and its great. recently i have been having a problem that's when ever i stop pedaling and im coasting the gears still spin so i get alot of slack in my chain...it then take about 2-5 full rotations of the pedal to get the slack back.. i have oiled it, cleaned the bearing and i have no clue.... what should i do????

I'm not sure if I understand your problem correctly, but could it be you are imagining this problem? \

Can you physically SEE the chain go so slack that it takes two full revolutions to take up the slack?

I just can't even imagine how that could happen.

It appears that your freehub or freewheel pawls are starting to burn out. You should replace whuchever part you have between these two. It is obvious from your post it is not working properly.
