Any insight into the general quality of this frame from the mid-1980's? Can it fit knobby tires (for cyclocross)? I found one for about $50 and its in good shape but wanted to hear "your" thoughts on its relative quality--I know it's not top of the line being cromoly, but was curious nonetheless.
