Clydesdales/Athenas (200+ lb / 91+ kg) - The Over 200 Pounds Thread: Clydesdale-O-Rama

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Greetings everyone,
I felt it made more sense to do my introduction to the forum here than the "normal" place, then I'll follow it up with a few questions.
My name is Marc and I've been a Clydesdale for about 14 years now. Fairly simple and common story line, was highly active and burned all calories eaten, then became domesticated, which dropped the activity level dramatically and I didn't change my eating habits. I live in Colorado and really enjoy the lack of humidity when biking :-)
Recently a relative of mine (another Cyldesdale) challenged me to a century ride as a way to work off some of the weight. My highest weight was 273 in early May, I'm now 261, so about 1 pound a week loss. I'm also a type I (insulin dependent) diabetic, which tends to slow down weight loss as the biking will drop the blood sugar into dangerous areas requiring refueling when the normal body might be able to burn off more fat first.
I ride a Giant DS three mountain bike whose gearing is definitely rated for dirt as I'm near the top of the gears and only averaging 12 mph.
I'll be at the 2011 G.S.W. Tri-State Seacoast Century Weekend in late September and would love to meet some of the others. Hopefully my training at a mile high will make the flattest century ride in the country on the coast of ME/NH/MA go that much easier.
I also have a few questions.
a) Does anyone know if I'll need more liquid or less liquid when biking on the coast versus Denver? Just trying to gauge proper hydration amounts before the ride.
b) My body appears to need about 70-80 carbs worth of food every 25 miles (only tested through 53 miles to date). Am I better drinking water constantly and eating mini meals every 2 hours or better "drinking" the carbs/calories constantly?
c) Bearing in mind that I'm a cheapskate, what options are available to me to modify the gearing of the Giant DS three for higher rates of speed? It is a 24 speed bike and I'm currently using sprocket 3 and sprocket 6 for flat ground biking at 12 mph. So not much room for increased speed in the future.
If you happen to live in the Denver area and ride approximately 12 mph, perhaps we can get together. Been doing everything solo so far and become quite familar with a number of the trails in the area.

Posted here a long while back, and thought maybe it's time for an update.
Haven't lost all that much in the almost 5 years I've been back on a bike, but have lost several inches off of pants waist. From a high of close to 265, am down to 225.
Could be due to the addition of muscle mass in the legs though. Finding myself needing to use the largest chainring more and more often, so I can keep my cadence down to a reasonable level.
Doing the same 11 miles every day, up hills and down. no flat here. Getting to where I'm gaining speed on the lesser hills, and topping out at close to 20 mph on what passes for flat here.
All this on a tank of a bike shaped object, most often loaded with 50 - 75 lbs of newspapers.
All in all, I guess I'm getting there. Less chest pain, and no shortness of breath.
Another new Clydesdale checking in. I am 5'11" and currently weigh 220 lbs. When I started working on me 2.0 in January 2009 I was 290 with high BP, high cholesterol, and acid reflux. I was sick of being on pills and sick of never having any energy. I changed my diet, starting weightlifting, and bought a left over Orbea Gavia. I owe much to cycling and even more to those who encouraged and supported me along the way. I still have a ways to go but I can see the light at the end and it makes all the effort worth it. A special thanks to all those cyclists who gave encouragement, didn't drop me at the first light, and generally made sure I made it through those first tough group rides.

Well I'll tell you I'm 5'10 and female so not telling what I weigh, cause I don't know, but i qualify for this thread.(wink) Never believed in scales but by the way I feel and right now, I feel awesome! I've always been active, but in pain. 10 months ago at my heaviest, I had my first TKR, followed by the second knee a month later. Doc said if I bought a recumbent bike(for the house) that I could skip driving to town for PT. I was the best patient ever, doing my exercises, riding recumbent bike every day and yes it hurt like heck. In January I added the gym, followed later my Mtn bike, continuing the recumbent bike too. Im down several sizes and in June celebrated by buying a Trek Madone 4.5 after I entered our local senior games on my Mtn bike. I've ridden my new bike 250 miles since it's purchase. My goal has been to ride everyday, for weight loss, fitness, my new knees and to prepare for my second senior games next week. Golds is still a part of my fitness, working out several hours per week. I've never been more fit and felt so fantastic and all because my Doc finally agreed to replace my knees.:thumb:
Hi Cyldesdales and Athenas,
A lifetime Clyde here. Been riding and wrenching since 12yrs old. I stumbled upon this forum after being inspired by friends to get back on the road. It has been a good 15 years now since I really got back on the saddle due to work and family. Realized my energy levels dropped lower and lower and lower, I needed to do something. Stats now being 6', 235lbs, early 40s, and yes, look like a gorilla on the bike being longer torso, shorter legs, and 48 chest. Located in the San Francisco Bay Area.
I forgotten how great it was to be out riding and the zen of wrenching. Just sold my old E5 and put together and older ti bike. Currently doing 40 miles a week.. goal is perhaps do a half century and drop 25lbs by early next year.
I am incredibly impressed and further inspired by the stories that I read here. Kudos to all. I look forward to learning and adding to this community.

Hi all!
I've been lurking for quite awhile now and decided I should finally become part of this awesome group. I'm 23 and weigh in at 255lb's which is down from 280 about a year ago. The main reason for me getting into cycling is to lose weight and be fit. I'm hoping to get down to 170-180 when all is said and done, and at that point maybe even get into some racing. Reading alot of the threads on the forums has been very inspirational and I hope one day I can provide the inspiration to someone to make a lifestyle change too.

I'm 6'0" about 335lbs (yeah, I'm a pretty big boy) and I was riding a Specialized Hard Rock (unsure on the year or specific components since it was a gift from a friend some years back). The chain broke on me on my ride home one day and jacked up a few of the gears and I decided just to look for a new bike. So, I'm currently in the market for something a little better suited to pavement with less suspension.

I'm 5'11", weighing in at 230-240lbs. I'm looking to get into biking for commuting to/from work, fitness and just for something to do to get me active after my knee surgery in June, but I have a concern about my first bike. I'm a pretty cheap person(been wearing the same jeans for well over 6 years now), and really don't want to spend more than 200 bucks on my first bike. But I also want something that'll last me a number of years. Any suggestions on bikes I should be looking at/for to support my butt, and hopefully ones that can be easy to ride, as I'm only barely cleared to ride a bike. Any tips are appreciated! Thanks!

I haven't yet introduced myself into this thread yet. Yes, I'm a clyde...6'2" & 282lb. Several years ago I started biking to work...that only lasted 2 years, but I lost about 30lb. I gave it up when they removed the showers, and started hassling me about keeping the bike in the building (there was no bike rack in a secure location).
Recently, a bike rack has been installed, and I started biking to work again in June. I've already lost over 20 lb in the past couple months, and I'm riding faster and faster each time I get out. My 10 mile commute used to take about 65 minutes, and I'd have to walk my bike up the freeway overpasses. Now it's around 43-45 minutes, and I pedal at about 15-16mph up the overpasses.
Besides commuting, there's quite a few people in my congregation that go biking every Sunday afternoon. Usually it's about a 20 mile ride with varying terrain. Helps to keep me motivated.
My wife thinks (knows) I'm obsessed with biking. I've been buying a bunch of specialty tools and biking accessories. I'm now doing all my own bike maintenance, including wheel truing. I'd like to try my hand at wheel building, and I have a project bike in the works using a frame I got from a friend.

As with all things, you get what you pay for. You don't need to spend a lot of money but you can certainly do better than the typical Wal-Mart of Blue Light special at K-Mart. Just my humble opinion. I ride a used Trek 7300 Multitrack and its a GREAT bike for me.

40 y/o, 6'2", was 240lbs, now 218lbs. Lost this weight in just over two months right when I started biking (plus I use upper-body weight machines in the local park during my biking). For me, the actual exercise is helpful, but I know the boost in my metabolism is significant. I had been inactive for several years with recurring knee problems then serious disc problems. Getting active finally has made a world of difference for me. My body feels better but my entire outlook is also more positive.
In addition to the calorie burn and metabolism boost, the strange thing is that after I ride, I'm not hungry in the same way I used to be. Before, my body wanted to feel full. I loved feeling full. Now, my body feels the after-exercise high and I love that feeling. That keeps me eating less, too. "Nothing tastes better than thin feels." For me that has been true, at least in this first two months.

Hello all,
I'm a newbie here. Started riding about 4 months ago. I got into it to help get back into shape. I am 6'3" and started out at 295lbs and could only do about 3-5 miles before I thought I was going to die. I'm down to 260lbs and have gotten the distances up to about 35-40 miles. I am really liking riding and working toward that 100 mile ride mark.

Hi Everyone,
6'1" and now at 250#'s. Started cycling a couple months ago after 25 years of not. About 12 years ago (230 #'ish?) I started running and was doing ok. Got up to about 4 miles a night (would run at night cause I was a fattie!). The only time I've ever experienced an endorphin high was while running. Felt like I could run forever. Well that ended one night when I slipped of a curb and twisted my ankle. Haven't really run since then.
I travel 100% so eating was easy but eating well took a little more effort than I was willing to put out. So I gained until I was closing in on 300. That was 2009. I started doing little things like eating better and walking. Weight started to come off and I got down to about 260.
Became diabetic, then lost a good friend and co-worker in a truck accident. He went into a diabetic coma and crashed his truck. That was my wake up call May 21, 2010.
Started to use the gym membership that I'd been paying for since 2003 and started to lose more weight. Then May of this year my sister came to visit and she's really into cycling so I started riding some. Remembered what a feeling of freedom it was to ride.
Currently I have a Cannondale MT300 and a Giant Iguana for bikes. I'm hoping to get a road bike once I lose some more weight. Kind of a carrot deal there.
I started to have an irregular heart beat last week while on the hotel elliptical. They generally don't scare me because I've had them before but never while exercising. I'm seeing a doc and will sort it out.
Currently I have a...Giant Iguana for bikes.
I'd never get a pet for my bikes. They have no sense of responsibility.

14 lb lost in the last month.
Lopepk77,
I had the same problem with a 26" rear MTB wheel breaking spokes. LBS wrench said it was probably due to cheap spokes. It was. He rebuilt the wheel with quality Swiss spokes. No more spoke popping.
Great thread here. I started about 10 months ago with diet changes. Then added exercise. I have dropped 40 pounds in the last 10 months. I'm in my mid 40s. I gained weight during the vicious cycle of medical problems, poor diet, working too much and taking care of myself too little. I'm loving the biking and exercise. I just picked up a Litespeed M1 as a reward and to spur me on for another 40 pound loss. This will put me under 200. The stories here are very inspiring.

De-lurking myself. Before I got my bike, I'd spend hours reading the threads and feel so inspired by everyone. So....I'm proud to join.
I am an Athena, but I qualify for Clyde weight. 5'9/333 lbs. :innocent:
Just got a 2011 Globe Daily 2, men's small. Love it! Added the front Wald basket. Between that and the rear rack (I have some Axiom panniers), it's a great commuter bike. I used to ride a used Raleigh mountain bike 10 years ago, but it's been a long time since I've been back on the saddle.
My work is 15 miles away, but I am currently doing a combo of train/bike, so I'm riding 6 miles a day roundtrip. In a few years, I'd like to commute all 30 miles daily. Falling in love hard with biking.

Hello all! Great forum, very inspirational, thank you for allowing me to take part. I used to ride 50 miles/ week when I was in my 20's, I was sidelined due to a non-cycling injury and remained on the sideline due to laziness. In 2003 my beautiful wife and I had our first child... FF to this summer and I have added 3 more wonderful children as well as 80 not so wonderful pounds:eek: I was 5'10'' 260 lbs when I got back in the saddle in June. I am now 240 lbs (a third of the way to my target of 200 lbs):thumb: I ride a 1994 Kona Hei Hei, and I have my 98 Jamis Dakota attached to a trailer for when the kids join me. When I hit my target of 200 I am rewarding myself with a road bike, probably vintage Italian steel (the kind of bike I was only allowed to look at when I was a kid;)). My 2 yr old is pulling at my leg saying "bikey, bikey" so it's time to hit the trail. Later.

So easy to start with the excuse list: work, projects, deadlines, stress, kids off on Summer break, crappy weather, beautiful weather, hot weather. Anyhow had a good start last October and got down to 200 pounds for the first time in God know how many years...which unqualified me from this thread (GooD) :-)
Went back to 220 over the Summer, but a combination of Spin Class (God these make you strong, fast) and lot's of miles on the bike is making it fly away. Closing in again on about 150km a week. It may seem like a lot to new people, but its so easy to do. 4 days at 45 min to an hour, a long ride (3 - 4 hours) on Saturday or Sunday, and you are there.
Baring that, 15 minutes is better than nothing :D
Don't detour around the hills, this is what makes you strong...well that, and you get a great chance to practice your explicatives.

Clydesdale from North of the border reporting in :)
Just got back into cycling as a way to get some decent excercise about 3 months back and am thoroughly enjoying being back in the saddle. Sitting at about 270lbs and 6'2 right now and have yet to set my weight goal, although 200 - 210 seems decent I think. Managed to crack off about 600km's in the last 11 or so weeks and plan on absolutely banging the km's in as much as possible until our wonderful Calgary winter turns up.

Finally filling out an intro. I've been riding MTB's my entire life and have had various bikes from Trek, Specialized, etc. to my current Gary Fisher hard tail that I have been riding off and on since 2002.
I am a clyde from the Philly suburbs. Though I didn't know it existed, I've been in this category since graduating Penn State in 2003 and reached the max last year at 283.5lbs. I had one of those moments during my final year of law school where I joined the local gym, changed my diet and was able to cut down to 235lbs. Three bar exams later and I am back up to 253lbs. which I have now set as my new starting point. I am looking to switch to a road bike as I've been riding mostly paved trails. I joined BF for bike/gear info, encouragement and general camaraderie as I push to my ultimate goal of running a Sprint Tri within the next year or two. The goal below is the next weight hurdle, where I will likely treat myself to a proper fit Ti or CF bike, who knows... at that point I may be looking for a more dedicated Tri-bike if the "bug" hits.
Cheers,
Matt

OK, time for the Phoenixville Posse to swing into action. Wfournier, saddle up, we have a new Clyde in the herd. Matt, contact me or wfournier so we can meet up for a ride. I'm not very fast and wfournier can keep the speed down if he has to.

Hey,,, I am a beach cruiser nut. I have a schwinn “rolling rock” edition 6 speed. I put 50-100 miles a week on it. I have lost 120lb and am doing great. I am going to ride it on the Katy trail here in Missouri in the spring, 250 miles or so. My question is this, will the schwinn one piece crank and bottom hold up well enough or should I upgrade it to 3 piece. The other question is about wheels. I have worn out 2 rear wheels/bearings. Do you have a suggestion for a slightly more sturdy rear bearing/wheel?
Thanks in advance.

Hello All,
I am 6ft 3in and about 290. Was getting my exercise in when I was playing adult league soccer and going to the gym. That all ended when I tore my ACL and started to get arthritis in the knees. My wife got me a bike (Specialized Crosstrail) for my birthday last month. Took it out for my first real ride and threw the chain! Taking it into the shop tomorrow...
Hello guys first time in this forum and new here of course, Im 26 years old from NYC, 6-2 427lbs, and yes im a big boy but losing weight really really fast. I came upon this thread googling like mad in bikes for heavy set guys. Im really interested on getting back on the pedals to help lose weight faster and get my exercise on. As a teenager me and friends set out on expeditions riding bike at van courtlandt park located in bronx NY. June 7th this summer I had weight loss surgery (vertical sleeve gastrectomy) topping out at 531lbs, I just went to my weigh in this monday and weighed in at 427 as stated above. on average im losing 4-7lbs weekly or more depending on how hard I exersice (walking/jogging).
Now with that said, im here looking for a nice mountain bike that can hold my current weight of 427, REMEMBER guys Im losing weight tremendously fast so please take that into measure when suggesting bikes. next week ill be around 418-420 and end of september less than 400lbs. please help guys and to add yes tons of local bike shops near my area of the bronx.
For those who want to know more about my success please watch my VLOG at www.youtube.com/brol1k

Hi All,
New member and rider here. I've found that working a desk job for long hours for 4 years since I've graduated college has pretty negatively affected my weight and fitness level. I'm 5'10" and in college I always weighed right around 200. I'm not a small guy (broad shouldered and wide hipped naturally) so around 200 has always been my natural weight. However, in 4 years of sitting at a desk I've shot up to 280 (I was at 310, but I've been dropping by dieting and walking).
I used to be a casual runner in college (3-5 miles a day), but I've found nowadays my knees (which are already bad from high school football) can't take my weight running. So I've just gotten into cycling and cycling commuting. I started commuting and doing short ride workouts. In my first 5 days I've put up 24 miles, with my longest ride being 4.5 miles. I'm getting more and more confident on the bike and tomorrow I'm going to try a ~7 mile ride.
I'm riding a used Cannondale Quick 6 I bought on Craigslist, and so far it's held up to my weight just fine.
Looking forward to the journey and using cycling as a tool to get back my prior fitness level.

Wavering... got up to 226 again, just about back to 224. I can deal with 3 steps forward, 2 steps back, as long as I do more forward steps than back steps.

I'm 54 years old, 6'4" and 230 at the moment but I have been as high as 285 and as low as 228 following my first hard effort to control my Type II diabetes a couple of years ago. My goal is to get down to about 210-215 and be very healthy. I'm well on the way and this is my way of getting there. I got back into road biking a year ago Father's Day and was riding about 60 miles a week until I had a crash on Labor Day weekend breaking a couple of ribs. I'll be back at it before too long if I ever start healing up. Broken ribs hurt bad unless you sit still all day. I can't in my work. The bike held up fine btw. ;)

From a high of 290 lb in June/July, I'm back down in the vicinity of 270 lb.
I'm cranking out the distance, too. As of today, I'm 123 km from 2500 km lifetime mark (at which point, I'll get tattoos to celebrate) and 275 km from my 1000 km goal for 2011.
I'm at 6'1" 218-225 with body comp in the 9-12%. Often refered to as a linebacker on a bike. Tore an ACL playing semi-pro ball before they actually repaired them. Now a knee that really can't be used to run on. I love TT and team triathlons and dualthlons. Is it me or does it seem like a lot of courses favor the 130-175 riders (meaning very hilly).

An update:
Getting closer to my goal of 180. am down to 217 from 265. Bought some new jeans a few weeks ago, because the ones I was wearing were always falling down. now even the new (smaller) are doing that. Had to find my construction toolbelt suspenders [for all you UK folks, I'm meaning the US type!) to keep these from falling off my hips every time I walk around.

I’ve been reading Bike Forums since 2005 when I got back to cycling. I’m 6’2” and at that time I was 55 and over 300 lbs. I had cycled a lot in my 20’s and 30’s, but had gotten away from it. Before getting back into regular riding again I had a stress test with a cardiologist to make sure the exertion would be safe. It’s been an interesting six years since then and I thought my experience might be of interest for those of just getting into riding. That first year I just rode on my own, mostly 15-25 mile rides but I didn’t keep track. Beginning in 2006 I joined the local club and began a riding log so I’ll share my miles and some of what happened in each of the following years.
2006 – 3,629 miles – 683 miles most in one month
I started training in March to do the 200 mile Seattle to Portland (STP). In May I joined a group that was training to do the STP in one day. It took the whole day but we made it. My weight stabilized at about 275 lbs.
2007 – 3,963 miles – 558 miles most in one month
I did another one-day STP and my weight got into the 260’s.
2008 – 3,322 miles – 530 miles most in one month
I crashed headfirst 115 miles into the STP, breaking three vertebrae, ruining my Torelli titanium frame, and putting me off the bike for 6 weeks (see helmet picture). My weight was stable at around 270 lbs.
2009 – 3,844 miles – 501 miles most in one month
Had a good year riding, completing a two-day STP and several 80+ mile rides. My weight was back to 275 lbs.
2010 – 2,676 miles – 472 miles most in one month
This was a very tough year with knee surgery in June and three kidney stone surgeries from Aug. to Dec. The knee was a torn meniscus caused by a non-biking injury. My weight got back to 290 lbs with two months off the bike and two months of little riding.
2011 – 1,923 miles so far – 363 miles most in one month
It’s been tough getting back to riding form due to bronchitis, a planters wart that really hurt past 25 miles, and a blood clot in my leg that kept me off the bike for a month. I’m just now able to ride strong and long and I am back down to 285#.
As you can tell, cycling hasn’t been the answer for getting back to my target weight of 200 lbs. But it has gotten me back into much better shape and I’m happiest when I’m able to ride. I also enjoy the mechanical side of the sport. Over that same time I’ve built 18 bikes and have ridden 11 of them myself. I now have three, a Colnago C-40 carbon, a Colnago Master XL steel, and a Bob Jackson steel touring bike that I ride in our wet winters. None of my bikes have had any trouble handling my weight. For those interested in riding longer distances, I would advise for comfort to stay away from aluminum. Steel, titanium and carbon have all worked well for me. Heavy riders need to use wider tires (25-32) at high pressure. I ride Vittoria 700c x 25 inflated to 140 in the rear.
My only ongoing problem has been broken spokes and cracked rims. I currently ride custom built wheels, 36 spokes that are tied and soldered with a 3X pattern. I haven’t broken any spokes since going to tied and soldered, but I’m wondering if that might have caused the cracked rims. It’s happened with different rim types and brands, always at the eyelet on the rear drive side. If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate the advice.220219
An update:
Getting closer to my goal of 180. am down to 217 from 265. Bought some new jeans a few weeks ago, because the ones I was wearing were always falling down. now even the new (smaller) are doing that. Had to find my construction toolbelt suspenders [for all you UK folks, I'm meaning the US type!) to keep these from falling off my hips every time I walk around.
well done Charlie ,thats an impressive weight loss. I've just got a mental picture of you riding along wearing suspenders lol and I can't stop larfing:D
I'm really in awe of you guys losing so much weight. You all have such determination and motivation. I go up and down like a yo-yo because I comfort eat and lose motivation easily.
I am now weighing my food and counting calories in an effort to see where the weight is coming from and was amazed to find the small bowl of cereal I eat in the morning comes to 500 calories on its own !
Theres 1/3rd of my intended calorie intake right there ...If I have another bowl at night which I frequently do then no wonder I can't lose weight.
I would recommend anyone starting out on weight loss keep a food diary for a few days and calculate the calories . You might be surprised at how much you are eating.
Good luck everyone

I recently lost 70lbs, I did not diet I changed the way I eat.. I went to a sports nutritionist: to break it down to its basic premise; eat every 2.5 to 3 hours, do not eat any white carbs (rice, bread, sugar) every time you eat: you have a carb with a fat or a protein (the entire meal no bigger than the size of your fist). You will loose weight safely, your energy will rise and your concentration will increase. If people are interested I will be happy to post some more recipes....

At age 54, I've started to realize I need to have a smaller footprint. I weighed 286 (6' tall) back in April, I'm now tipping the scales at 245. I've always played full court basketball 2 to 3 times a week and my knees werer really starting to bark at me a lot, so I decided to ramp up my exercise to include bike riding. I've rode of and on over the years but not that much.
So I hit the trails and I have been riding 20-40 miles every weekend and some during the week. When I dropped below 250 I treated myself to a new bike (Fuji Newest 1.0) which is more fun to ride than my Trek MB or my old Miyata 210.
I want to drop another 20 or so to get to 225, my linebacker playing weight back in college.
I may have caught the biking bug :)

My road bike:
2009 Kona Kapu Deda 14.5 SAT tubing and chromed lugs
Brooks B17 Imperial Saddle and bartape
Deda Zero100 seatpost, stem and handlebars.
DT Swiss RR585 custom built wheels laced to 240s hubs with DT Swiss competition spokes
Full Ultegra groupo
Chris King BB and headset
Speedplay Zero Stainless pedals
Currently about 256 and down from about 285. I added the wheelset because the stock wheels weren't strong enough and after 200+ miles since I added them, they are still true as can be. Cycling is the first exercise that I really enjoy. I think I'll stick with it.

Will that wheelset hold up for a 240lbs man?

This wheelset has the qualities of strong wheels (high flange rear hub, heavy bladed spokes, deep section ally rims). My biggest concern is quality of materials, lower spoke count rear hub, and "J" bend spokes. At a lower spoke count, the "J" bend is the weak spot in the power output. I would seriously consider these wheels for myself if the spoke count were 32.

I have been browsing here for quite some time, but don't post a lot. Back in 2008, I was living in the Seattle area and was 6' and 285lbs. I decided to get a bike and try to lose it. So for the rest of the year, until I moved back to Southern California, I dropped 40+ lbs. and continued riding. Life got busy and the bike took a backseat to me going back to school and traveling for seasonal jobs. Well, here I am again. Bike is working now, after spending some time in the weather and I've started riding again as of this past Monday. 42 miles so far and looking to do some longer rides eventually. Currently riding a 2008 DB Response Sport.
