Road Cycling - Campagnolo Pro fit CLIP covers?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
Anybody have suggestions for covering clips when walking. I had two flats the other day and walked all the way home...will the fun never stop...8-(
I am wearing Sidi Genius shoes with Campagnolo Pro Fit clips.
Try the LOOK cleat covers- the shape is about the same. Not sure if the metal campy part will work but its worth a try.

Where were your spare tube, patch kit, levers, and inflator? Unless you are actually riding a race a few grams of weight beats the heck out of walking any distance in road shoes with or without cleat covers. Even with cleat covers (I have used Looks) walking in road shoes is not fun. I now use Egg Beater pedals which use SPD type cleats. I do most of my commuting, solo training, and even many group rides, in mtb shoes precisely because I can walk on them which is often necessary. I wear road shoes primarily for more, uh, "formal" occasions.
But again, the real answer is to carry flat repair supplies.
Performancebike.com sells Kool Kovers for Look cleats. You might try to find a number for Kool Kovers and call them to ask if the Look covers will also fit your Campy cleats.
damn dood, he just asked about cleat covers...
I say take off the shoes and walk in your bare feet :)
I could not walk any distance in my road shoes, I have the same pedals.. it is more the angle you have to walk at that bothers me, the covers will protect cleats but not make it easier to walk.
I ride campy record pro-fits, I looked everywhere for covers, no one makes them, after wearing out many sets of cleats walking around I started carrying a cheap set of sandles when I know I'm going to be walking. I'll tell ya, nothing in the world grabs your foot like a pro-fit so I put up with it..

Yeah, but "Give a man a fish..." :)
FYI... I am a diabetic...and need to pay attention to my feet.
I had two flats last weekend and walked all the way home in my socks. Temp was 100+, and pavement was even HOTTER, yikes. Although my socks helped protect my feet, I still could feel the heat of the payment a great deal.
I rode to my sons soccer game last weekend and took off my shoes and socks for the duration and I had no problem with this. The grass felt great;-)
But, on really long rides, I have to assume that walking could become part of the adventure, I am looking for options.
