Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I want to make some jerseys with the logo of the company I own. Does anyone know of a company that will make custom cycling jerseys? I know absolutely nothing about designing or making something like this, so I will take any help I can get.
For those of you that have done this, is there any advice you can give? Is there anything I should watch out for?

I had the BikeForums.net jerseys printed by Sugoi, you can save alot of money with large orders, or little colors. If your planing on jerseys for next year, start 4 months early. They told me the turn around time was 8 - 9 weeks for custom jerseys, It was 15 weeks before i had them in my hands.

Hi Ishield
we have a company over here in the UK that is a specialist I can personally recommend They are called Impsport www.impsport.com (http://www.impsport.com)
The only advice I would give is to ask for an actual sample of the sizes as an xl of one company can be a L or xxl of another company. don't forget to specify if you want longer or full length zip too which is a real plus

Sugoi, Verge, Aussie, and Voler as well as several others make custom jerseys. All have departments to help with the design. Sugoi is probably one of the less expensive. All are good quality. Keep in mind that there will be charges for artwork, setup, etc., as well as a pretty healthy minimum purchase. Sometimes stated as a number of jerseys, sometimes as a dollar minimum, always a substantial amount/number - 30-50 jerseys worth. You can keep the cost down by keeping the design simple - limited number of colors, short vs longer zippers, fabric choice, etc. The design advisors can help.
Veloware is good because they have a "semi-custom" product. Select from pre-designed jerseys and add your logo / artwork. No minimums and FAST turn around. We just ordered 7 jerseys for a "team" we put together for a charity ride.

JGL,
That is really good to know. May I ask what those 7 jerseys cost? I really like Voler/Velowear jerseys.
Thanks,
Raymond
About $64 each. They have a price list here http://www.velowear.com/customrules.html.
We just e-mailed logo graphics for the front and the back, selected a standard jersey, and they should be finished and delivered in 2 weeks :D
Talk to Nathan, he has been very helpfull.
