hello. i'm in the process of collecting/considering parts for a 'cross bike i would like to build. i'm pretty certain on most of the parts, but the wheels. i plan to do some single track and trail/fire road riding, but ultimately would like to start racing with it.

these are the wheels i'm considering:
easton circuit's, mavic ksyrium equipe's, or the velomax sagitta's.

a friend has the circuits and would sell them to me for around what i would pay for the other two wheelsets. the pricetag on the equipe's is most appealing, but the 'cross specific sagitta's seem to be most suited for the job...

suggestions or experiences with any of these wheelsets?

I got a set of American Classic Hurricane’s this year for my race wheelset and they just rock! Their very light and strong and they cost a bunch less then most of the light race wheelsets out there!

Go check them out!

I would seriously think about Mavic Kyserium Equipes. They are reasonably light, VERY strong, last forever and can be gotten cheap.

I haven't seen anything in the same class.
