Anyone ever used ritchey slicks (folding kevlar)? I got talked into them over the hutchinson, conti' and vittorias... I haven't seen them around and was wondering if the LBS owner was just pushing slow inventory on me... Thanks!

Yes,
and I like them, but I am not a fast rider, or fussy. The came with my old Bridgestone XO2. Mostly people get them large, for a nice comfy ride. I just bought a pair for my new bike.

Btw, Nashbar has a couple of Hutchinsons on closeout. I was quite fond of the Profile U,real nice tire for the money.

Hey tex, you might want to try an adv. search for them and see what ya get. Just type in Ritchey Tires and list road tires as the only forum searched and see what comes up for ya.

Ritchey road tires? I tried them a few years back for basicly a full year and they held up all season in training.

Of course I am not picky and ride nearly anything. Tires do not make a bike go. Humans make the bike go!
