Does anyone make a readily available cable hanger with an adjuster on it? It would seem like a barrel adjuster would help when dealing with cantilevers, but most cable hangers don't come with them.

You can buy barrel adjusters seperately, or you might try inline cable adusters. Both items can be bought from http://www.thethirdhand.com/

Go with the inline cable adjusters. If you put them near where the cable housing comes out from the bar tape, you'll also gain the ability to adjust your brakes on the fly in case you knock a wheel out of true.
