How is this Cannondale Jacket?

I lost out on this jacket to someone else on ebay by a dollar, and I may go to a local dealer to get one because I really like the graphics.

From here, I'm not sure if it is water-resistant or not.

How do you guys like this jacket??

i have the cannondale le. i like a lot. cold when you start out, but you're comfortably warm in no time. water seems to "bead" on the surface. got mine for about $170.

my personal rule is if the product doesn't says it's waterproof/resistant it's more likely then not that it isn't.
