I am about to order a cog for my hub. I have 1 in. dropouts on my old road frame. Can I pretty much get any tooth number and not be worried about the cog not working? I will just need to adjust the chain size right?

shouldn't have a problem. 2 of my conversions have 1" dropouts and i haven't ever found a gearing that flat out didn't work. if worse comes to worse, you could go ghetto and throw a half link in there.
