I just bought a new frame and it can with a fork and intergrated rebuildable headset. The headset has no lube, what kind of lube is needed?

White lithium grease for the bearings, I guess you could also use it for any other lubing you think necessary for the install. It's good stuff.

The bearing cartridges in an integrated headset should be lubed and require nothing more.

If it's intergrated you should have cartridge bearings. Don't touch them. Put it back together and go ride.

If it's intergrated you should have cartridge bearings. Don't touch them. Put it back together and go ride.
They're not cartridge bearings, other wize I wouldn't be asking. They're the old fashioned kind.

Want me to say it again, do ya?! White grease is designed, and I quote, "FOR ALL BEARING APPLICATIONS" and I use it extensively and exclusively on my bikes.
