The Look clip covers work on Campy Profit. I have new shoes made by Rocket7 and can't get the sqeek to go away. I have tried lubricating the cleat which made it impossible to walk with the clip covers without loosing the covers. I am wondering if the sqeek is generated between the carbon fiber sole and the Campy cleat.
I ride campy's and have for three years. The squeak could be generated from 2 possible places. the most likely are the pads that contact the pedal, not the rear walking pads but the 2 forward pads, I found that applications of Ivory soap on those pads does a great job of quieting them down. If it's the carbon sole to cleat fit, try tightening the cleat screws. I have a set installed on a pair of shimano SH--214 with carbon soles and they are noisy, I can't seem to quiet them so I live with it.
