What's a bike like this worth
1998 GT Speed Series Jr. Aluminum BMX Bicycle
Built in the USA. This bike was purchased new in the spring on 1998 and was riden by my kids for a few years but never raced. This would be a great bike for any beginning or mini racer moving up to a bigger bike.

About $100 is my guess. For a 7 year old bike, presentation is everything. If you're trying to sell it, take it to your local track, and put a "For Sale" sign on it. Hopefully, your track has someplace set aside for people selling stuff. And there's always some guy that can give you a fair valuation.

alright what do you reckon
1996 mongoose supergoose, akuminium heat treated frame
one piece crank
same back rim as the bike came with (slightly buckled)
an alex y303 rim on the front which is buckled
no brakes
and a pair of haro 4 piece handlebars
would be worth?
cause im getting a new bike an "eastern element"
$50-75, depending on how ignorant the buyer is.

Couple hundred in parts, maybe. Frame's worthless.
Everyone's lost interest in The BMX Roadshow?
i actually think my frame might be worth about 25$

Dented down tube? Kinda sketchy, don't you think? By the way, I like your use of the word "Shooty". Descriptive, but not offensive.

The GT Speed Series Jr. that I started this post with sold on ebay for $239. While it was a used bike it was in near NOS condition. Glad I didn't listen to some of the responses. Even though GT sells a similar bike new for $279. It is not a USA built frame and they now only come painted. Seem's as thought some people still want that ball-burnished/polished aluminum look. I had 14 people "watching" this bike and the winning bid was made with less than 20 minutes to go. You need to describe things well and include lots of pictures when selling on ebay.
