I get these kinds of emails all the time.
I don't even open them. They go straight to the trash.

If I get an email from an unknown address or sender I usually don't open it. I get too much spam and junk email. And you never know how is sending a virus, either intentional or unintentional.

Most email programs have filters options so you can set things up to send these to the trash without you ever seeing them.

I get huge amounts of Spam. In fact, a spammer disabled our client's e-mail accounts for a few hours the other day by blasting us with an enormous volume of the junk. If you use Outlook you may want to try this out.

Exactly but don't you find it invasive? I just wish I could give a few choice words to the originater, or maybe just wring his neck
I cannot believe its a sucessful means of advertising your business

I still get loads of spam at work thanks to some contributions to an email list circa 1995. That ancient, obsolete-but-forwarded address has propagated and continues to be distributed to this day.

The notion that someone would invest in or do business with any organization that will advertise but not make themselves readily accesible boggles my mind. But if I want to have breasts or penis size enhanced, get fantastic loan interest rates or stock tips, buy HGH, have hot teen sex, etc. etc. etc. etc. they are there.

Hmm, there is no way for any user, registered or not to get your email address from this site. They can send you emails, but it will look like:

I wasn't suggesting that any forum user was emailing me Joe I didn't think that for a moment.

I don't believe this is an intended email at all because it states quite clearly that the offer is only for the United States and as I'm in England I cannot see that the mail is intentional.
No I think that somehow its generated automatically because I get one every day along with the Bike forum mailer notes. There are some clever program writers out there I guess

I don't think it's linked with the forum at all. If it was we'd all be getting that mailing every day and I haven't received it once.

However, one of the computers at work (which I don't use) gets one that looks the same as you're getting and the email address for that one isn't registered for any kind of forum.

It also gets all those "have breasts or penis size enhanced, get fantastic loan interest rates or stock tips, buy HGH, have hot teen sex, etc. etc. etc. etc. " type spam emails too.

Ah this is the response that I was looking for. If no one else is getting this then it probably isn't linked to my use of the site. Thats why I asked the question There again do you suscribe to the Bike forum mailer notes as I do ??
