You need to take off the pedal on the opposite side of the chainwheel ( or as we say sprokett ). Then you remove the bolts that follow ( Remember that on this side to loosen bolts u turn them right not left ). Then you should take the berrings out. Next you can tip the arm sideways and pull it out. You might have a little trouble. Then you do what you need to do.

HOW DO YOU REMOVE 1 PIECE CRANK ARMS
Remove the locknut, washer, cone and bearing from the left side. That's a left hand thread so it'll be backward to what you're used to. You'll have to do a bit of wiggling and slide the bearing out of the right side, but it will come.

The pedals must come off. The non-drive side nut will be a left hand thread. See http://www.parktool.com/repair_help/ashtabula.shtml

If you are removing parts, remove the pedals from the crank. Remove the left side locknut, washer and cone. These are left hand threaded. Take a screw driver and wiggle out the caged bearings on the left side, and then the right side. The arms snakes through the pressed cups. Use a punch from the inside to drive out the cups.
The link above now works. See the new link at http://www.parktool.com/repair/readhowto.asp?id=92
