I have a few Questions about my Forks...

I have a Manatou Six Fork..

1. I would like to take off my UGLY fork boots...and maby put on the ones that ride just above the seals...is it worth it??

2. How can i take them off...can i just stretch them over the assembly or do i have to take it apart...

3. these shocks are SOFT! i need a firm ride kit...do they make one for this fork!!! if so PLEASE tell me!!

Thanks...Scott

To take the boots off, cut them. Your bikeshop will be able to order you firmer springs or whatever.....I dont think you'll be able to find a kit online.

Yes, it's worth it. The smaller boots have a cleaner look to them, and they are lighter.

The best way is wait until you get the upgraded elastomer bushings.

You can get an upgrade kit.

Thanks...Scott

I like the Lizard Skin fork boots. Chech them out. I have even seen some riders cut them to a desired length.
