so i'm in the market for a new bike, and my friend is selling his GTB frameset. he's asking $200 for the frame, fork, and headset. i'm not exactly sure what they're going for right now, so does that seem fair?
my other option is a paké frameset from my LBS, for somewhere around the same price.
what does everyone think? sexy triple triangle aluminum or a lower level steel workhorse?

My Pake was $280 without a headset.
Even still, I don't like aluminum frames and would get the Pake.

$200 is a deal if it's your size and you like aluminum.
what size?

it's my size, 54. i haven't ever ridden aluminum, but i'm not opposed to it either. at this point, i'm leaning toward the GT. it seems to be the cheaper, and arguably higher quality choice of the two.
basically, get the gt. if you don't like it, you are almost guaranteed to break even or profit on the resale.
