Do you see a picture ?

nope nor do I

! F*** Ive spent half an hour trying to attach a picture. Will some one please explain step by step how I attach a picture from my desktop. :mad: :mad: :mad:

See.. 12 views and presumably none of these viewers know either!?:confused:
I have read and re-read the help section but still no joy.

When I select the IMG box I get a Explorer User window come up on the screen with `enter text to be formatted ?????:confused:

If I select browse and select the file I want to attach from my desktop I can see the link on the screen but the picture doesn't show when I post Grrrrrrrrrrrrr:mad:

If you have a URL of a picture:
Type url here[/[i]img]
If you have a picture on your PC:
Look at the bottom of the form - Attach file.
Click Browse... and select the picture.

It could be that the file you're trying to attach is larger than the maximum size of 102400 bytes. If so, open it in Paint or some other image-editing software and Save As a .jpg, see if that compresses it sufficiently. Good luck! :)

Nope I checked the size and its real small. 6Kb gif Its something I am doing wrong but I need a `step by step instruction'
For example
do I need to select IMG before I select bowse?
If I just select Browse, find the file and select it ,I can see the link to the file in the browse window but what do I do then ? do I need to select a `close tag' for example? or just select `submit'

Well it was a picture of Mad donna Nekid but I don't know where its gone now.
Guess you'll have to make do with this instead? what the hell is it anyway

I see Mad donna nekkid, but that just could be because the weather has been so sweet and the riding so good that I'm on an endorphin high to beat all endorphin highs :D

No it was a response to a post in BMX by altern8tive

At the moment I dont ride anything coz my pedal snapped off and i cant get the threads out of my crank, so now ineed a new 3pc crank. anyone got one for sale? email me if u have. in two weeks ill be gettin a hoffman big daddy frame and forks, so hopefully ill have a new crank to put on it by then.
Bit of a long shot but sounds like he's written the crank off so worth a try don't you think?

Hey Earlybird, were you doing a "preview post" before submitting the post? If you do a preview post it doesn't work and the picture you chose is deleted.
