If I put a tube into a tubeless tire (quick fix on the trail to get you home) then you have to remove the valve from the rim. I haven't yet tried it, but when you remove the valve to make room for the one on the tube, there is a sort of flange on the rim that the tubless valve screws onto. Would this be a problem for an inner tube valve not seating properly, or maybe sitting on something that could cause a puncture when the tube is inflated?

I've put tubes in mine before. (Mavic Crossrocs) Haven't ever had a problem with them.
