I just bought a used bike last week and everything is great except for the seat is the most uncomfortable, ugly thing in the world. I bought the bike with plans to switch it out for something better fitted to me, and when I went to do so I found that the bolt which attaches the saddle to the post had been stripped... Fine, get a new post as well, I thought. Then when I went to take out the post, I found that there was no way no how for me to pull that sucker out of the frame! I'm by no means weak, and I even tried a two man prying job with a friend. I've sprayed it with WD-40 and still no luck. Any other thoughts on getting that seat and/or post off?

When in doubt about anything cycling related, Sheldon Brown often has worthy advice.

If it is an aluminum post in a steel frame use ammonia instead of WD40. works wonders.
