The Baltimore club would have the most rides near you. The Potomac Peddlers Touring Club has rides in DC, Virginia, and Maryland. http://www.bikepptc.org. If you're interested in racing, there's the Chesapeake Wheelmen. http://www.chesapeakewheelmen.org.
