I'm going up to the finger lakes area in a couple of months, specifically Keuka Lake. Can anyone recommend some good trails? The closer the better, I'll be able to get more riding in.

In central New York, near Ithaca and Watkins Glen, Finger Lakes National Forest offers many miles of unpaved forest roads for mountain biking. It is a rolling landscape of 13,200 acres on the mountain ridge between Seneca and Cayuga Lakes. Contact office for map.
Biking season: All year. Other activities include bicycling, camping, hiking, horseback riding, water sports, wine country tours. Lodging, dining and bike shops in Ithaca, Watkins Glen.
Here are some I was able to find. Some are non- MTB related but have info none the less. It appears through reading some of it that the enviro nuts have closed some of the trails around there. Unfortunate but it appears to be so. Have fun.

I've come across a few of those, but there are definitely a bunch there I haven't seen yet.
Have you ridden any of these?
Watkins Glen sounded good from what I read, and Letchworth was one of the reasons for heading to the area, although primarily for hiking w/ my wife (she unfortunatley does not mountain bike)
Can't wait to go, it looks like a beautiful area.

No unfortunately I have not. I have known several people fro that area over time and they always raved about it. If you get a chance Jim Thorp State Park (Pa.) is a great place to ride. REAL FAST back fire road! Like 50+ mph fast.

Been wanting to go to Jim Thorpe for a while, only a few hours from where I live. Usually when I make a trip that long though, I wind up in the George Washington Nat. Forest in VA. Epic riding. Ride up for miles, go down for miles - literally.
