I would love to find a 170mm triple ta zephyr for my soon to be
build up rivendell atlantis, but they're all but extinct
...and the replacement ta carmina just isn't as lovely....and the sugino xd
triple, although a good bargain, doesn't offer the lower q factor I wish for.
The ta cyclotourist or pro vis series will not, according
to the ever knowledgeable Peter White
work on the atlantis as the inner ring will affect chainline too much, esp
given the atlantis' splayed out rear chainstays
so any thoughts on where to buy a used ta zephyr 170 triple and/or
any other suggestions for an alternative mfg for a low q factor'd
triple that will work on the atlantis....I'm looking for some 46-36-24 (or so)
combos.
