I am excited.
On Friday I worked a day in the service department at my current LBS of choice. It was great! I didn't know my way around the shop, I needed a good bit of guidance, and I cut my hand on a chainring, but it was pretty sweet.
So if things go well I might be working there, flip flopping between sales and service. This is pretty awesome. Of course, I've been to college, and it would be sweet to have a nice salaried job or something, but hey, I love bikes. Besides, my current boss at my retail and photofinishing job is really grating on me.
I thought I'd share.
By the way, this is fixed gear related because lots of the guys there are fixed enthusiasts, and they have a weekly fixed gear ride, which is how I met them and ended up working there in the first place.
