Singlespeed & Fixed Gear - I.D. this frame and fork

Anyone think they know what this is? Any guess is welcome. Says it's from the 70's.

it looks like a schwinn madison with a schwinn road fork of the same era. the original fork has rounded blades and a heart shaped lug cutout. i could be wrong though. . .and madisons were from the 80's.
or it might be an older russ denny custom. i saw some a few weeks ago at the SD velo swap, they are very similar.

That sure looks like a Madison. which I believe was schwinns low end entry level track bike. You can also see the holes in the head tube where the badge was removed.
I was contemplating it but it is a bit pricey and it does not have the original fork.
