I bought some yesterday thinking that it was unsweetened oatmeal with B vitamins and whey protein added oatmeal. Sounds kind of cool, even if as a general rule I am against processed foods. Didn't see the "Sweetened with non-nutritive sweeteners" bit on there until after I had bought it. It isn't bad, I am just annoyed that they chose to put some kind of nutrasweet type thing in there. I think it might be aspertame.
Oh well. It makes a pretty decent recovery snack though, being quick, hot and full of carbs and some protein.

the ingredient list lists sucralose (splenda) which is a least of the fake sweetener evils.

But Kashi instant or just the real thing are better.

I like the use of "ghoulish", a reference to the fat free butter thread? Haha. From what I read, Splenda is the least of the evil sweeteners. I make my own post ride oatmeal with Safeway brand instant oats, one scoop of ON Whey, and a packet of Splenda mixed in. Tastes awesome. Even better with a little Natural Peanut Butter and some 100% Fruit Jam.
