My LBS carries Spiuk (Spain?) jackets and they seem like they're pretty warm. Anyone know the quality of them? They go for $160.

The Illes Balears pro cycling team wears their helmets in the European peloton... they make a whole line if accessories and have a line of bicycles under the inverted name of Kuips.
