I'm thinking of getting a Bad Boy or a Bad Boy Ultra to use as a Chicago bike. I know you can swap on full size mountain bike tires to either one of these bikes. Cannondale tech support tells me the frames are full Mountain Bike geometries. When I compare their geometries to other mountain bikes on Cannondales web sites they don't look exactly the same. I'm curious how the Bad Boy series does as a mountain bike? I'm not hardcore at all. I'm kind of a new biker, I've done about 600 miles in the past few months, most of it limestone trails (which is one reason a bad boy appeals to me).
