I'll get there. I just moved, found... um... pests, and just had my extermination last night. I just could not bring myself to open my boxes and risk contaminating my stuff.

Next time, just drop a PM... ;)

- actually, i'm interested too... my cousin-in-law is a teacher and has roped me into doing a class visit for her students; subject: bicycles, bicycle training, safety, etc. ... nutrition would be a great addt'l subj...

- tips appreciated! (top 10? overall? anti-bonking? hydration?)

p.s. tks for being a BF mod (all mods here do a great job, IMHO, compared to mods on other forums)

Personally, going to a school and trying to talk to kids about power training might be a bit overreaching... plus, kids need to be trained differently from adults. They're still growing and going through puberty, and training them incorrectly could lead to developmental problems later down the line.

Which is why I don't train kids.

I have to apologize- I still haven't unpacked!

If it makes you feel any better, the people who did the conference I went to have been emailing me semi-regularly for my notes and videos. :( They want to know what the Koffster has to say too. But with the new job and trying to get furniture so that when I unpack, I have places to put things, I'm really busy. This Friday, I have to do a full seminar on nutrition for weight loss... in powerpoint, no less, and it's turning into a doozy. My time is pretty limited right now.

But I have thought about it. :)
