Sprung for the Avid Ultimate SL's with the Ti hardware. I don't even have the frame yet, and already I'm pimping my ride. Just gotta keep y'all drooling a little. :p

Build so far:
SRAM Gripshift X-9
SRAM X-9 rear derailleur
Shimano LX front derailleur
Mavic 225 wheelset
ODI 90mm Ruffian Lock-Ons
Easton Monkeylite XC lo-rise 25.4 bar
Black Thompson Elite 28.6 seatpost
Red King headset
Red Salsa skewers
Red ODI Lock-Jaws

Sorry, I just have to brag... by far my nicest build and a longtime dream of mine to own a steel Bianchi Grizzly. It was the first bike I fell in love with after working at a shop for a few months. We had a gorgeous 17.5" one of my coworkers bought and built it up with mediocre components at around 23lbs!

Your brake levers cost more than my frame . Heh ;). They look incredible. Have you decided on any of the rest of your components yet?

Just the stuff I've listed. A lot of it is stuff I've had already, and I will probably be running some mediocre parts here and there until I get enough cash (winters are lean months for bike mechancs in MI). It really helps I don't pay retail for anything, and honestly this is the first time I've really taken advantage of it and gone pretty full out on a buildup.

Ooh, sounds like it'll be an awesome bike when it's done.

Oooooh! If I ever need a reason to not put hydraulics on the tandem, that would be it. Anything that has Ultimate and titanium in the name is on my list.
