I had a chance to look at a few bikes over the weekend and was wondering what people think of the Giant TCR 1 or others in the TCR series?
How about the 2003 TCR Composites coming out soon? Anyone had a sneak peek at these yet. I will be buying next spring and i want to be totally informed before making a purchase. I am also considering Pinarello Surprise, Marinoni Omega or Marinoni Delta Plus, Trek 5200 and Colnago Dream Plus. I am leaving all other options open and if you have suggestions please spit them out. The reason I am leaning towards the TCR 1 is that for the price I am getting a lot more in the component groups than some of the other bikes.
Most of my riding is done in triathlons but I do not want a triathlon specific bike because I do participate in some road races and generally just like to ride long distances when the time allows.
Any advice or comparison would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Mike
