Okay...this might be a bit complicated, or very simple. I have a frame with 73.6 head tube angle. In order to get a flat set-up what degree drop or raise stem must I purchase. In other words, if you were looking at the bike, and the stem was parallel to the ground.

Does this make sense? ;)

Okay, so a -17. But, most say 80 degree rise. Why can I only find a handful of -17s (73 rise, right)?

Depends on what you are looking for.Try www.branfordbike.com for quill types and what might be availabe(fewer) in threadless. The 80* people must be high school dropouts or just morons.
