Two albums I can think of.
The Steve Miller Band, the album was Fly Like an Eagle stuck with the turkey- Dance, Dance, Dance
And the Aerosmith album Toys in the Attic burdened with the outa place- Big Ten Inch.
Any other sore thumb contenders?

Back when the Goo Goo Dolls were a rock band (a looooooooooong time ago), they saddled "Superstar Car Wash" with the tune "We are the Normal". It didn't fit even a little.

Genesis - Duke. The song Turn It On Again was a forshadow of all things crap that they became after this release. The album would have held up just fine with out this one song.

Grateful Dead, The Grateful Dead (Skull & Roses): "The Other One"
I love this album, except for this one track. It's full of uptempo rockers (Not Fade Away and Johnny B. Goode) and well-done country covers (Merle Haggard's Mama Tried and Kris Kristopherson's Me and Bobby McGee) and the whole thing comes crashing to a halt with 15 minutes of drums and noodly guitars. It's like a self-parody.

On dada's first album Puzzle, there are so many quality songs, yet smack dab in the middle of it is a drippy, string-filled, whinny piece of junk called "Timothy." Ugh. It's horrid! For an album I return to on a frequent basis, that one makes me glad of technology that skips ahead one song!
Otherwise, that album is freaking awesome. That and the fact that they were one of the best band's I ever saw play live (and I've seen hundreds and hundreds of bands of all genres)...

Elvis Costello's first album "This Years' Model." People will hammer me for this, but "Watching the Detectives" is a song he'd best have thrown away. Bad fake reggae. Worst part, about ten years ago when I drove down to Eugene to hear him, he's still doing the damned thing in concert when he has an Attractions-like band with him.
