New user name

I originally jumped on the Forum for some quick info. I didn't pay much attention to the username and just put something down. I would like to change my username before becoming a paid member. So I figured I would have to re-register using a different name, no big deal. But, each time I try to register I get a message that says that registration is administratively closed. Is the forum full? am I stuck with this name?

The forumat the moment will not allow any new members because of the server problems.

ahh, I will wait until that gets cleared up and then go about my business of changing my name and upgrading my membership.
