I am very close to buying a recumbent tandem trike off of S&B. My only qualm is that I have heard very little about the company. I know they are supposed to have a long history of making recumbents, but I can't seem to find anyone that has dealt with them recently or who has bought a bike off them. The trike seems to be a decent design with appropriate components and a light weight for a tandem trike (48lbs), and at $2850 is much cheaper than the Organic Engines Troika at $4000 (the next cheapest vehicle). It could be that they mainly do business on the west coast or out of their shop for that matter, I just don't know. Any info you might have would be greatly appreciated!
