I am preparing to build a pair of Ambrosio Crono F20 wheels. 28h/32h front and rear rims laced to DT Swiss 240s road hubs (28h/32h) with DT Revolution spokes. 2X on the front, 2X non-drive rear, and 3X drive-side rear. Looked up the ERD for the rims using Damon Rinard's Spocalc spreadsheet. I find 618.0 for the Crono Formula 20 rims. Next, I hit DT Swiss's spoke calculator, and entered all of this info. Attached is an image of what I got.

Bottom line, it looks like I need 28 spokes at 298mm in length for the front, 16 spokes at 293mm in length for the 2X non-drive side rear, and 16 spokes at 300mm in length for the 3X drive-side rear. Is this correct? Especially, do I have the number of spokes needed for each side of the rear correct at 16 per side?
