Hi,
I'm currently running a 1993 Bridgestone RB-4 and would like to make a SS conversion for local commuting. It's got the horizontal dropouts already and I can remove one of the rings on the front. It presently has a FW hub. Would it be better to get a screw on single FW cog or change out the hub to a Freehub and use spacers and a cassette cog? I've got to do a rebuild on the rear wheel anyway since it is all warped. I'll be doing this as soon as I get my new road bike--a couple of months from now.
