I look at ebay fairly often, and it seems like the number of better tandems for auction has risen lately. I guess with the end of season, and Christmas coming. Maybe a good time to buy if you are looking.

Yes, this is historically a good time of year to buy.... From my posting last year in late November:

Used Tandems: Now is a Good Time To Buy

You can also pick up very good deals on '05 models still sitting in inventory as dealers are under the gun to place their '06 advanced commitment buys with their respective suppliers.

I agree right now appears to an excellent time to buy on ebay. Smoking deal closed yesterday. Older Santana , fillet, updated running gear , new paint and decals, and Phil Wood hubs - $895.00. With two tandems in house and one new could not committ suicide with the wife, but I was tempted!

That's how we picked up our new 2003 Burley just last week. Gotta love it!

Saw a diVinci last week go for half it's original price and it was absolutly like new. I wanted to buy it so badly I hate to admit to it.

Just got my 2005 Trek T2000 with £400 off the sticker price and without next year's price hike. Wife loves it!
