I am not a fan of the green rim, but I must admit, your bike will most likely be posh. The Bob Jackson is ****in gangsta.

Euro parts: Guerciotti frame and fork, Selle Italia saddle, Look pedals, Continental tires, DT spokes, Cinelli bar tape.
Everything else is Japanese other than the Phil hubs, King headset and Sun rims.

just a tire that's flat. I'm changing that out and the photo is shot with a fisheye, which makes it all weird looking.

My question is for those crazy kids with the mismatched wheels. Do you buy just the rear? How does ordering allow mismatched rims?
Curiosity killed the cat, who then came back eight times to whup curiosity's ass.

You buy the hub, rim and spokes seperately.

Yeah. 50T Sugino Zen. My track gearing. With today's snow it looks like this bike won't see the track again until the spring.
Super hottt.
I dig the John Deere vibe. I never thought that a colour scheme like that would look both funky and classy at the same time, but it works. Good eye.
Was this direct from them, or world class? Also, this was a full custom or off the peg?

Lighten up Francis- you haven't "affended" anyone- I just don't see the euro connection.
I hardly ever see anyone riding fixed in Europe- whether in France, the Netherlands, or here. Actually, I have never encountered another street fixed rider. Eurostyle would be an older guy riding a road bike with a vintage team jersey, jeans, and no helmet... or riding a homebrew CX bike with fenders in the rain... or almost anything other than a spotless, seatless bike with a green rim that will probably never see a drome. Europeans tend to be more practical about their bikes-- like way too practical.
My apologies...

Hey yesterday I have seen 2 (!) fixed riders on the street - first time for a year and my LBS says to bring in my old road frames as people started asking for bikes to convert.
That would be me - vintage team jersey, I prefer new fiber. OT: can I borrow your JRT image, pretty please?

Damn, I miss my dog, Redd. (English Staffordshire Terrier) She passed this year...
I took her everywhere, even to the clubs n' pubs. One reason why I ride so much now, my bike is my companion now, and hopefully will last longer than me, so I won't have to have my heart ripped open again anytime soon... :(

personally, i'm not a fan of the mismatched wheels...that's just me though. i think it'd look sweet with the same green rim on front, too.

Sure- borrow away... everything is borrowed from somewhere else.
Cool that fixed is catching on elsewhere- mainly because shipping parts from the US costs a small mint... and the more parts, the better.

I have seen the messer on a green bike but I thought it wasn't Wicher - this was near Jubilat. The other guy war riding red or orange (t'was after dark) classic roadie converted to fixed in Dluga street.
I am riding this Colnago. (http://pbase.com/Wojtek_Burkot/nago) Today, about 3 hours in ****ing cold rain doing several rounds between Katedra Telekomunikacji, banks on Sienna and Szpitalna and my camera mechanics on Czapskich. Frequently I am riding to my LBS in Kalwaryjska and a dojo in MCK in Wietora, going on Wisla banks. I will go back to this bike (http://www.pbase.com/wojtek_burkot/kou_tetsu) when I get the new hub and when I repair the mangled rear.
Usualy these days, I am wearing red parka and black pants, say hello when we meet.
Congrats on the winning trackstand.
