Training & Nutrition - Tacx Trainers, any experience with these?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
Does anyone have any feed back on these trainers? I'm looking for cheaper alternatives to CycleOps and Kurt Kinetics. How about Elite trainers?

I have a Tacx Flow .. great unit, shame about the documentation ... though once you set it up, it's easy and intuitive to use. Can't speak about the Elite trainers .. but they have a fantastic ad!
