Commuting - Pics of my Icebike

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
Thought I would show you all pics of my commuter...I hope this works...

Nice bike; very similar to mine. What kind of studded tires are those? I just recently swaped the suspension fork for a rigid and I am happy I did.
Those are homemade studs as well as the light. Sheetmetal screws for the studs, they grip like nobodys buisness thats for sure! I can ride wheelies and do endos on glare ice with those! Heavy and slow as hell though, I sound like a tank running down the road! Probably slowed me down by 5mph at least.

^^^^ Similar to mine as well. Is this a trend? :) I bought studded tires, have a rigid fork and mine is a singlespeed MTB. It's the cat's ass as far as I'm concerned. I run my light on my helmet, so as to better blind drivers... j/k

Hey, someone else with a GF Advance. I was beginning to think I was the only one.
yeah, it was cheap, but a good bike. 3 years old now, have not had to fix anything except for the busted computer after I crashed on the ice last week.
