I purchased the
Biemme Sequoia Windstopper N2S Cycling Jacket (http://www.sierratradingpost.com/xq/asp/base_no.24598/dept_id.L2~187/qx/product.htm) for $99.95 before Sierra Trading Post sold them out and I use it with layers under it and it works great.
