Nice helmets. The only bikes I've seen lately are the Air something or other, and the Lil Homie. Kinda crappy spec on a cheap frame. Sorry.

I own a free agent Flying fortress witch is free agent's higher grade jump bike. Ive seen the 06 Hellcat and it looks like a good bike to get into dirt jumping with.My free agent is very sturdy and tough. It will stand up better then most other entry model bikes in that price range. But thats just my opinion I ride them and I like them. They make a nice reliable jump bike.However if you don't plan on riding trails or jumps I would recomend looking into a different model or brand

Beerman is very very right. I have NEVER seen ONE FreeAgent that was decent or didnt die under the pressure of even a NEW rider...

I'm not a fan of Free Agent (because their advertising sucks, their "Air" bikes are stupid, and I don't want to look at or listen to Rick Thorne) but bang for the buck the Hellcat is hard to beat (at least in Canada). Up here it costs about 40% less than a similarly spec'd Taiwanese Complete Fit. Ad $5 for some Goof Off or similar decal remover, another $5 for decals from a more legit' brand and off you go.
Most of the budget bikes built in the Orient come from one of a handful of factories. Who knows, that Free Agent may come from the same factory as Fit, Volume, Eastern, DK, Hoffman, Haro, whatever. It is a good value bike in my opinion.
