My work converted three parking spaces into bike parking today, with enough parking to hold 75 bikes! Not only that, they converted the three spaces closest to the entry, now all bikes are within view of the security guard, and the security cameras! Big koodo's to Sears!

That is great. I can shop at sears again, LOL.

75 bikes! is that the regional office. They imploded the Sears Tower in Philly a couple of years ago. We have a rake for 6-10; but, so far it is only 2 of us.

That's definitely a step in the right direction. Congratulations to whoever had the idea and got it implemented!

Where I used to work, they organised a comittee for people who cycle to work..

Through it, they mangaed to get money to build new showers, and changing room, a lock up garage, and CCTV...

Hopefully it'll catch on where I now work....

Things are definately changing for the better..!!!!

Badger, I obviously cant spell after pulling an all nighter :) , did the software company charge you to rent/lease a bike locker? Im very interested in those currently, what a great idea.

Bob, actually, this is at the 800-4my-home call center, not the best job, but it pays the bike bills :)
