is it possible to swap ur unsealed US bb to a sealed one? and how much would it cost?
also the same question with hubs or do u just get new hubs?

yep gotta make sure your cranks will fit em and ya gotta get new bearing cups(usually comes with it) then slap em in and go ride. But for the hub you'd hav eto buy new hubs.
