You're better off getting the Assos from Ribble cycles.uk anyway. Way cheaper + 10% their low prices too.

yes, when i visited a store in Portland they were happy to give me a discount, provided i was a team performance member. though i'm not totally sure that made the difference.

I just called my local store and that's what I was told. I might head down there in the morning anyway just to check. You never know what they might do when you're about to plunk down a few hundred dollars.
